The barn
The barn offers twelve airy, matted stalls with fans open to matted aisles and to stone dust runs surrounding the barn. The mirrored 70 x 200 indoor arena is well-lit from fixtures above and its surrounding windows. GGT, Footings First fiber, and sand footing is watered and groomed daily. Individualized turnout and feeding programs.

Tack Room is heated with room for your saddle and 2 bridles, grooming supplies, and storage for your boots and equipment
Viewing Room is heated with a microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher
Facilities for laundry, full bathroom, and extra storage in the loft
Feed Room is heated with facilities for tack cleaning

The Property
Located in a quiet neighborhood convenient to Wayland Center, Route 20, Route128/95 and Route 2, the barn and paddocks are situated at the end of a winding driveway, providing a private and peaceful environment for you and your horse. Hack before or after your training rides, around our paddocks, fields, pond, and woody paths.
