Full-time Barn Manager/Groom

Seeking a positive, knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate individual to join our team. Position is for a full-time barn manager/groom. A passion for horse care and good people skills a plus. Duties include all aspects of horse care and grooming, managing other employees, and some minimal stall mucking. Successful candidate needs to be able to follow directions, maintain professionalism, and have a sense of humor! Pay commensurate with experience; possibility of a stall for your horse and/or housing for you. A charming 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath cottage with a 2 car garage, washer/dryer and fenced backyard for your pets can be included if you’d like to live on the property. We are dedicated to creating a positive training atmosphere for horse and rider. Potential to work off lessons with USDF gold medalist, Kim Litwinczak, and USDF silver medalist, Sarah O’Neill. Seeking positive, kind, and compassionate individuals to join our chore team. Position is for part-time help with barn chores and/or other aspects of horse care and farm maintenance. Experience helpful but not necessary; pay commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 to $14.00 /hour

Required horse experience: 1 year
